Job Description Job purpose: Excels in providing excellent service and solving all kinds of practical issues. The frameworks within which the work is carried out are indicated. Achieves results through collaboration, communication and organizational skills, attention to details and quality orientation. Performs operational, supporting and organizing activities according to established procedures. Chooses the proper alternative within bandwidth of procedures, in case of deviating circumstances. Main tasks and responsibilities include: Execution of IT demand management processes (incidents, service requests, etc.) Triage of new requests to the IT Service Desk. *** line support for all IT Service Desk requests through to resolution or escalation. Attempted resolution of uncommon requests that are not fully documented but within confidence and authority level. Escalation to IT Service Specialist - Line 2 for requests that require more specialized knowledge. Creation of draft knowledgebase articles from learnings. “Hands on” support of IT assets, where appropriate and required.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field. At least 2 years of experience Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Location The role will be located at our (Shanghai office in the Minhang) district.
