Responsibilities: 1) Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates for assignments 2) Screen the candidates on qualifications and a possible fit to the job profile 3) Contact clients actively to ensure new job orders, assure client satisfaction and future assignments; maintain a long-lasting relationship 4) Conduct interviews with possible candidates, be able to give the client a good impression of the candidate & his qualities and make a successful match 5) Handle recruitment assignments independently
Requirements: 1) At least 1 years above pharma/medical or healthcare headhunter or professional related experience 2) Bachelor degree or above 3) Result-oriented and able to work with deadlines 4) High-energy team player who can be successful in a fast paced environment 5) Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people, work in a team 6) Good Common sense and eager to learn
