Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to work closely with business and function teams to optimize commercial operations, enhance operational efficiency and provide key commercial insights through data analysis and process optimization.


Key Responsibilities:
61 Partner with the regional Sales team to optimize processes, enhance workflow efficiency, and ensure seamless execution.
61 Maintain accurate and transparent tracking of pipeline, order secured, revenue, and key operational data, providing stakeholders with timely insights for strategic decision-making.
61 Establish a structured database for daily operations, such as Installed Base (IB), to support high-level data analysis and business actions.
61 Generate regular sales performance reports, analyzing KPIs on pipeline quality, efficiency, order security, and revenue progress to drive improvements.
61 Work closely with regional Sales Support, Finance, Pricing, and other APAC teams to optimize and ensure integrity of commercial data and processes.
61 React swiftly to operational challenges and management inquiries, maintaining flexibility in a dynamic business environment.
61 Adapt to new tools to enhance data management efficiency and visibility, demonstrating learning agility to elevate commercial excellence.


Qualifications & Skills:
61 Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
61 Proven experience in commercial excellence, business analysis, or a similar role.
61 Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
61 Strong Excel proficiency, experience on Power BI
61 Be familiar with SFDC and SAP
61 Experience in HVAC industry will be a plus
