Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented APAC HR Specialist to support our HR operations across the APAC region. This role will assist in executing HR strategies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while working closely with business leaders to foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of HR practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Engagement: - Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR programs. - Support conflict resolution and conduct initial investigations when needed. - Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and diversity & inclusion programs.
Performance & Talent Management: - Facilitate performance review cycles and support managers in goal-setting and feedback processes. - Help identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs. - Contribute to succession planning and talent retention strategies.
Compliance & HR Projects: - Ensure compliance with local labor laws across APAC countries. - Assist in policy updates, and HR process improvements. - Participate in regional/global HR projects (e.g., Job architecture, talent review, employer branding).
Change Management - Contributing to organizational change initiatives based on business needs by providing analysis or monitoring progress with guidance from leadership or CoE.
Information and Business Advice - Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and - procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.
Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience:3-5 years of HR experience (generalist, HR operations, or HRBP support), preferably in a multinational company. - Knowledge: Familiarity with APAC labor regulations (specific countries a plus). - Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English required; additional APAC languages a plus). - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Problem-solving mindset with a high level of discretion.
