Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Partnership: o Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives. o Act as a advisor on HR-related matters (with Co-work with COE & SSC), providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. o Follow up the development and implementation of people strategies that support business growth and transformation. 2. HR Operations and Compliance: o Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. o Learn how to manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations, while maintaining a fair and consistent approach. o Co-work with HR SSC on HR administrative functions such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping. 3. Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics: o Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions to support on N+1, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs with guidance. o Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR operations. o Responsible for the HR dashboard build up in 2025 with co-work with HR COE team. ________________________________________ Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 2~ 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or business partner role. - Knowledge: Good understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and best practices in talent management. - Skills: Excellent communication (Good Oral English), analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. - Competencies: logical thinker, results-oriented, and a strong advocate for employee engagement and well-being.
