Main Responsibilities 主要职责 61 Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of daily HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations. 61 Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, including overtime calculations and monthly allowances. 61 Management of employee benefits such as sick leave, annual leave, health check, etc. 61 Maintain and update HRIS with accurate employee data to ensure data completeness and accuracy. 61 Responsible for contract renewal management. 61 Screen candidate and schedule interviews. 61 Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding, timely updating data and maintaining p-files, and creating a positive experience for new hires. 61 Support departments to handle household registration and application for working hours system. 61 Assist supervisor in completing other work arrangements and cooperate with other departments to carry out work.
Requirements 岗位要求 61 Bachelor’s degree. 61 3- 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on operations. 61 Self-Motivated and able to work independently. 61 Effective communication skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and good in English.
