岗位职责: Customer Visit Management 1 Coordinate and plan customer visits, including scheduling, preparing visit agendas, and arranging necessary facilities and resources. 2 Serve as the main point of contact during customer visits, guiding customers through the facility, demonstrating production processes. 3 Ensure that all customer visit requirements are met, and any customer concerns or issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Customer Audit Handling 4 Lead the customer audits preparation, working closely with internal teams to prepare for audits, ensuring compliance with customer - specific quality requirements and industry standards. 5 During audits, actively communicate with auditors, provide necessary documentation and evidence, and respond to audit findings in a timely manner. 6 Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans based on audit results, and follow up to ensure that all actions are completed successfully and the root causes of any issues are resolved. 7 Analyze customer audit data, identify common areas need improvement and extract actional insights for internal team to continual improvement. Customer Questionnaire Management 8 Identify owner item by item for customer questionnaires, distribute, and gather feedback accordingly on a timely manner. 9 Analyze customer questionnaire data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights. 10 Present analysis results and recommendations to management and relevant departments, and work with cross - functional teams to implement improvements based on customer feedback。
岗位要求:
1 Bachler and above in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2 In - depth understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes and related quality control methodology 3 Familiarity with industry - specific quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA6.3, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP. 4 Knowledge of 8D methodology for root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) development. 5 At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on quality engineering, customer quality management, or process improvement. 6 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and auditors at all levels.
