Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive employee evaluation systems aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. Design and optimize incentive and reward programs to motivate high performance, improve productivity, and support talent retention. Collaborate with leadership to establish clear KPIs, performance metrics, and appraisal processes. Conduct regular audits of evaluation and incentive processes to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws. Discover appropriate training programs or seminars as deemed necessary by management for employees and leadership skill development. Maintain and enhance relationships with skill and knowledge service providers. Lead training sessions and workshops for managers and employees on evaluation criteria, feedback, and incentive schemes. Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Stay informed on HR innovations and market trends related to performance management and incentive structures. Manage communication strategies to ensure understanding and buy-in across all levels of the organization. Oversee the administration of performance reviews, incentive payouts, and related documentation. Act as a strategic partner with leadership and operational teams to support organizational development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on performance management and incentive systems. Demonstrated success in building and implementing effective evaluation frameworks and incentive programs. Strong understanding of HR metrics, performance appraisal methodologies, and compensation strategies that support business needs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance issues relevant to evaluation and incentive schemes. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of managing change and fostering a performance-driven culture.
