Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR programs & solutions required to support business & internal customer needs 2. Administer and maintain policies and procedures relative to all Human Resource activities including but not limited to employee and labor relations, hiring, termination and employee conduct. 3. Ensure HR requirements are identified, addressed and aligned to the overall business objectives 4. Work with top management to assess organizational strengths and opportunities to provide design support and develop appropriate action plans 5. Work with all departments to execute performance management process. Drive talent planning process including succession plans, development plans and potential career paths for key positions and high potential employees 6. Build up compensation & benefits strategy and policy, to execute salary increase process, budget process etc. To assure a fair, efficient and attractive C&B system 7. Work with leadership in strategic staffing, planning and decision making around people issues 8. Other ad hoc task assigned by line manager
Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree 2. Solid knowledge of HR overall functions, familiar with system build-up and system optimization 3. Good English skills both in written and oral, good interpersonal and communication skill 4. High sense of responsibility, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills, project management and risk management 5. 8 years overall HR Operation working experience and 5 years management working experience
