Responsibility: o Deliver the sales plan for the defined industry segments/accounts/appliciton. o Maintain existing sales and regular contact to Tier1 (R&D, Purchasing, and Designers etc.) and molders along the customer value-chain, with the objective of understanding the market needs o Providing regular feedback of the market, customers and competition to the organization o Proactively manage customer accounts fulfilling their enquiries, giving necessary presentations, marketing brochures and data sheets. o Manage the inventory levels and accounts receivables, payment terms and credit limits for area of responsibility. o Internal and external coordination of new application development, customer approvals and molding trials. o Support / execution of fairs / customer events together with the China team. o Participation in the business planning, innovation and product development process. o Proactive contribution of new ideas or recommendations in every aspect of the business.
Requirement: o BS degree or above in polymer processing/ mechanical engineering is preferred. o Minimum 3 years’ experience in polymer area. o Experience in automotive industry is a plus. o English communication is a mandatory competence o Have experience in automotive industry. Understand the operation of the industry o Good at interaction with customers. o Can work under pressure with good logic. o Have good knowledge in sales function. o Proficiency in Injection Molding and Extrusion o Knowledge about thermal plastics o Understanding Tooling, Injection Machine, and Mold Design
