Manage the order process for the After-Sales and Spare Parts Department, including creating quotations and contracts in the ERP system. 2. Track the entire lifecycle of customer orders, including quotations, contracts, shipments, invoicing, and payment collection. 3. Assist in spare parts sales by handling customer inquiries, providing business inquiries, and offering quotation services. 4. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow. 5. Organize, summarize, and analyze information related to the engineering department to assist superiors in preparing analysis reports. 6. Responsible for organizing, categorizing, filing, and archiving settlement documents, subcontracting contracts, and related files for domestic and international projects. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership temporarily and assist with some work in the engineering department.
