职位描述
Role Title :HR Officer
Report to: HR VP, China Mainland & HK
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities include some of the following:
61 Define the required objectives in consultation with Senior Managers
61 Communicate proactively with Senior Managers
61 Incorporate the projected schedule based on attendance and absences
61 Manage the follow-up on compliance, completeness, and timeliness of projects
61 Identify and coordinate specific or complex requests
61 Contribute to change management improvement activities
61 Perform transactional activities and call management
61 Manage Key people-related projects related to talent, culture, performance management, leadership development and organizational effectiveness, aligned to senior leaders across several global functions
61 Support HR Business Lead of Mainland & Hong Kong on larger, organizational wide initiatives, restructurings, Capability Building programs, etc.
61 Successfully manage progress and track key HR project milestones, deliverable and metrics – aligned to HR Objectives
61 Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in line with the HR and business agenda
61 Support key annual HR Agendas (Performance & Rewards process, Restructuring processes, Immigration, Employee Relations)
61 May need occasionally conduct other HR exercises (employee relations, people-related cases or investigations, relocation support, etc)
61 Coordination of China disciplinary commitment meetings


Basic Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent experience; HR management or Psychology is preferred major for this role
61 3+ years' job-related experience
61 Good bilingual oral and written communication
61 Expertise in personnel administration (social secretariat, personnel administration, etc.)
61 Ability to master the use of various software programs to optimize resources
61 Ability to plan and organize your time to work efficiently
61 Recognize and adapt to change and evolution
61 Prefer experience in Talent management, HR project management and HR data analysis
61 Strong project management skills
61 Master data analytic
61 Develop constructive working relationships with clients and listen to their customer needs.
