Tasks and responsibilities of the position: - Lead to develop and manage short-term and long-term growth Greater China portfolio (pipeline) in all Electronics market segments including Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Telecommunication, Display, Semi-conductor, Aviation etc.– from Momentum business to innovation projects. - NPI portfolio management, leading project prioritization and serving as the gate keeper - Lead short & long-term Greater China growth strategies development and execution in conjunction with different functions and global segment leaders. - Lead ADE team to develop standard data packages, product roadmaps, and sales tools for all Gr. China market relevant new product launches, and relevant work of global products as well if needed. - Responsible for Segment marcom work, digital marketing tool development - Support commercial leaders to proactively and systematically identify and solve business problems both internally and externally - Extensive travel to customers, distributors and equipment manufacturers required
Minimum Qualifications: - B.S. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. - Strong cross-functional manager who can foster teamwork and drive change. - Self-directed and an opinionated manager be able to make difficult decisions quickly without having all the data. - Strong project management skills and multi-task handling skills - Problem solver who can understand the details, without micro-managing results. - Demonstrated results and credibility in driving growth through new markets and emerging technologies. - Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), familiar with SAP. - Fluent in Chinese and English, verbal and written
