Key Responsibilities: 61 Explore new business opportunities with existing and new overseas offices/partners. 61 Familiar with Eastern China air market, priority with ability to visit/meet customers& partners outside, or participation in kinds of logistics exhibitions and industrial forums. 61 Communication with overseas offices and follow up pricing with overseas routing order shpt instruction, capacity of handling the whole air shipping process individually. 61 Maintain good communication with overseas offices, make sure of the guidance / information to the customers, and coordinate upon receiving correct goods / docs information. 61 Good communication with internal/external colleagues to ensure correct understanding on different service requirements. i.e. SOP, prompt response attitude, always seeking solutions or possibilities. 61 Make sure operational processes and prices meet and exceed customer needs. 61 Other tasks from line managers.
Key Requirements: 61 College degree or above, at least 3 years airfreight overseas development or customer service experience in global logistics company. 61 Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, oral and written. 61 Quick learner, strong execution capability and passionate self-driven. 61 Professional business manners. 61 Good MS office in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
