1. Lead business development, negotiations, and framework design (annual contracts, KPIs) for strategic accounts 2. Develop customized solutions (SOPs, logistics plans) addressing client-specific requirements 3. Mobilize cross-functional resources to deliver client solutions 4. Escalate critical client issues (contract-threatening incidents) for resolution with operation team 5. Oversee contract compliance (payment terms, KPI performance) and dispute management (insurance claims, legal conflicts) 6. Analyze account metrics (profitability, volume trends) to mitigate business risks 7. Benchmark industry trends and competitor strategies to refine service approaches
Requirement:
1. 5+ years logistics experience (3PL forwarder preferred, luxury industry a plus) 2. 3-5 years customer service experience in logistics/supply chain 3. Proficient in air-cargo import/export, warehousing & domestics transportation 4. Skilled in MS Office 5. Strong communication & interpersonal skills 6. Fluent in English & Chinese (written & spoken) 7. Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
