Job Overview
Oversee the procurement of infrastructure, equipment, and production materials for the Hungarian factory. Optimize procurement strategies and supplier management, control costs, and ensure the efficient operation of the factory.

Possibilities:
-Handle the procurement of construction materials and equipment, ensure project progress, and comply with regulations.
-Lead the entire procurement process of production equipment to ensure it meets production requirements.
-Plan material procurement, manage suppliers, and ensure stable supply.
-Develop cost - reduction strategies, assess risks, and take countermeasures.
-Manage the procurement team and collaborate with multiple departments.
-Ensure procurement compliance and manage procurement documents.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or above, majors related to supply chain preferred.
-Over 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in establishing factories in Hungary.
-Familiar with procurement processes and supply chain management, proficient in office software and systems.
-Strong communication and management skills, adaptable to cross - border work.
-Fluent in Chinese and English, proficient in business communication.
