Roles &Responsibility
Perform all the microbiology sampling and analysis of utilities, raw materials, in-process samples, semi-finished/finished products and environmental monitoring.
Inform the related person timely about the stock of laboratory consumables and order laboratory consumables after confirmation.
Be responsible for maintenance, calibration and upgrading of existing instruments and equipment.
Keep instrument logbooks.
Keep journals and files of raw data and write test reports to be approved by the Micro Lab Manager.
Participate in projects, validation works assigned by the Micro Lab Manager.
Ensure that all assigned tasks are finished in time.
Accurately follow the current SOPs and analytical methods and participate in the writing of SOPs and analytical methods.
Follow up own training program and train new employees in working methods.
Fully trained and competent in cGMP requirements that are applicable to Microbiology Laboratory.
Assist Micro Lab Manager to ensure that all documents in Microbiology Laboratory are current, accurate and comply with cGMP.
Ensure that corporate and local EHS procedures are followed.
Qualification/Requirements
Relevant Master degree is essential.

Desired Characteristics
Experience from pharmaceutical quality control laboratories and knowledge of GMP and cGLP are desirable.
Experience of aseptic technique is desirable.
A good knowledge of computer and English is desirable.
