Investigate and when relevant escalate service requests to the appropriate HR team; Mobility cases local follow up; Employee relationship cases staffing support to HRBP ● Employee data management: monitor and manage personal data, time management, shift plan data and P-files for all employees ● Payroll: Movement report and data consolidation for payroll partner execution ● Preparation of HR documents and forms: onboarding documents, contracts, changes of contracts, off-boarding documents and certificates based on policy or template ● Onboarding/Off-boarding: communicate with applicant, prepare documents, update data in system, manage admin for onboarding or off-boarding process ● Execute according to HR process or policy and make appropriate suggestions for further improvement ● HR Events: support organization of trainings, workshop, conferences, or Open days, etc. ● Promote a working culture where processes are followed in order to secure service delivery quality ● Be the bridge to Hub SSC for any related matters or actions
