Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Resolve daily DRAM production issue at Subcons
2. In charge of engineering project/issue for better cost and quality
3. Monitor the production yield and summarize the report of wafer sort and Final test
4. Reduce production cost by improving yield and shorten production flow
5. Define detail test plan/flow for new product
6. Do characteristic/exhaust test and analyze the test data for product
7. Co-work with designer to define test mode and Build-in Self-test item
8. Do EFA test to search the fail mode for RMA case
9. Develop quality /reliability test plan and implement it

Required knowledge, skills, abilities
1. Able to analyze product characteristic.
2. Understand the basic requirements of product quality and reliability.
3. BS degree or above with major electronics or physics.
4. Programming skills in C/C ++, Perl or Python.
