Mission
Your mission is to manage R&D project with focus on automation, responsible for the management of the entire project lifecycle, including organization, follow-up, launch, change management from development phase to operation and maintenance phase

Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
61 Collaborate with the product manager to confirm the scope, target, and launch plan for the development project, work with the R&D team and operations team to conduct preliminary technical analysis and estimate product costs, and complete business cases and project applications.
61 Leading and manage cross function team for product development, including pre-study, business case, prototype, launches, product phase-out and meet all project milestone and deadlines and manages reporting documentation.
61 Manage the complete certification process of new products (CE, UL, IC, FCC, testing report etc.)
61 Overall control of R&D projects to ensure that they can be delivered on time, with quality, and at cost. Regularly review and identify deviations, and work with project team members to correct deviations. Being able to clearly identify risks, regularly review project progress, compared with plan and identify deviations. When deviations occur, can affect relevant stakeholders to obtain corresponding support, promote effective project progress and communication, collaborate with project team members, and bring the project back on track.
61 Good transparency throughout the entire process. The target is known and well understood by all stakeholders. Ensure that key milestones and important issue is clear aware by all project team members. The documentation is well managed to facilitate easy access to stakeholders.
61 Collaborate with other teams to maintain strong motivation among development team and create a positive group dynamic.

61 研发项目的整体把控，确保项目可以按质，按时，按成本交付。能清晰的识别出风险，定期回顾项目进程，对比计划发现偏离，发生偏离时，能够影响组织内部的相关利益者获得相应的支持，推动项目有效的进行和沟通，与项目组成员合作并将项目带回正轨
61 项目全程有良好的透明度，整体目标是被所有干系人知晓和理解，项目的进展，关键节点，重要事宜，确保所有项目组成员清晰知晓，文档做了良好的管理，方便相关方轻易获得相关信息
61 与其他业务部门合作，创造积极的团队动力使开发团队保持强大的动力



Education & Experience
61 University degree or above with engineering background
61 Minimum 5+ years’ professional experience in project management for engineering related field, ideally with focus on R&D projects.
61 3 years of mechanical/electrical designing is a plus.
61 Experienced with special machines, robotic application, or tightening and spindle applications is a plus.
61 Experienced in industrial/automotive assembly and/or machine tool building.


Knowledge & Skills
61 Good knowledge about project management tools, theory, and goal setting.
61 Good understanding of competition and product positioning.
61 Good understanding of mechanical design. Understanding of electrical design is a plus.
61 Understanding of 3D-CAD software
61 Familiar with NDP (new product development) process
61 Familiar with product certification processes (CE, FCC, IC, UL, KC)
61 Understand or practice Agile methods.
61 Ability to handle multiple projects at one time with cross-departmental interactions.
61 Good knowledge of Motor Vehicle and/or General Industry segments
61 Knowledge on how to promote solutions in marketing.
61 Very good understanding and interest in customer tightening applications
61 Experience in ERP system, SAP experience is a plus.
61 Automotive final assembly experience is a plus.
61 Basic financial knowledge
61 Good English skill both in oral and written.

61 具有工业/汽车装配和设备制造经验
