Activity description: To assist commercial team for daily activity under the responsibility of commercial manager
Detail of responsibilities: - Prepare and send quotations - Support the Sales Team in their daily organization and activities - Handle daily requests/inquiries from clients (suppliers, brands) - Send price lists - Send request forms (Lab, Inspections) and relevant information (address, sample size needed, other needed documentations…) - Reply inquiries and general questions (turnaround, services, organization) - Follow-up technical inquiries with Technical Support Team - Follow-up invoice and bad debts - Keep client and prospect databases updated (CRM) - Maintain and communicate the Team’s weekly reports and weekly schedules - Collect and centralize all information (supportive documents, offers, meeting reports…) related to each customer account and keep related databases updated - Set-up final lay-out for client offers and for seasonal/yearly activity updates - Set-up final lay-out of client activity reviews (before meetings by Sales Executives) - Help in preparing clients/prospects meetings for Sales Executives (printing documents, organizing transportation, hotel booking, searching for basic info regarding companies…) - Organize emailing for prospects/clients on specific topics (in cooperation with Sales Executives) - Prepare for Trade Shows to which CTC will participate as exhibitor or as visitor (invitations, specific communication, emailing…) - Participate in monthly sales meetings - Support communication between Sales Team and Technical Departments (Lab, Inspections)
Requested skills: - Bachelor's degree or above - Good command of oral and written English - Good communication skills and team spirit - Familiar with office software
