Position Summary:
The HR generalist (Junior HRBP) plays a key role in supporting the regional HRBP by partnering with business leaders and employees to drive talent initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals looking to deepen their experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Responsibilities:
Performance & Talent Development:
- Assist in the coordination of performance review cycles, including calibration sessions, feedback facilitation, and development planning
- Support talent initiatives to keep building a strong #OneTeam spirit
Employee Relations & Support:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries related to policies, performance, and development. Escalate complex issues to senior HRBP as needed
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies. Support audits and documentation processes
HR Data & Insights:
- Leverage HR systems and reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and engagement. Support data-driven decision-making
HR Projects & Initiatives:
- Contribute to the execution of HR programs such as engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion efforts, and learning and development initiatives
- Other assigned work to enable team performance and effectiveness

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role
- Good commend of Microsoft Office (PPT/Excel), be interested in automation technology
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- A sense of curiosity and passion to learn and grow
- Good oral and written English
