岗位职责:Key responsibility 1 – Operations Management· Develop and implement standardized operational procedures to ensure consistent service qualityacross all stores. Design and deploy innovative operational tools and systems to enhance efficiencyand streamline workflows.· Manage relationship with store suppliers, overseeing negotiations, quality control and cost.· Assist stores in handling administrative tasks, such as inventory management, compliancedocumentation and resource allocation.· Serve as the primary liaison between stores and the headquarters, facilitating seamlesscommunication and ensuring alignment with HQ strategies and directives.Key responsibility 2 – Performance optimization· Analyze key performance indicators, sales data and competitor performance to identify trends,opportunities, area of improvement and develop targeted action plan.· Devise and execute strategies to enhance sales performance, productivity, and overall businessefficiency.· Oversee the Mystery shopper program and NPS, using insights gained to drive service excellenceand customer satisfaction.Key responsibility 3 – Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Collaborate closely with Retail Managers to analyze CRM data, uncovering customer insights andsegmentation opportunities.· Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of CRM campaigns, aiming to increase customerretention, engagement, and lifetime value.· Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize CRM strategies and enhance overall customerexperience.任职要求:· Bachelor’s degree holder with 3 year working experiences in retail operations field, luxury retailbackground is a strong plus. Well organized, multi-task and problem solving· Proactive mindset and willing to take initiatives. Results-oriented with a track record of drivingoperational efficiency and business growth· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms).· Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with proven success in cross-functionalcollaboration.· In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and best practices.· Good command of MS Office and fluent in English
