The Role
Gorilla Commerce is seeking a hard-working, personable, open to learning, collaborative, and positive attitude individual. In this role you work closely with the quality assurance team, including testing engineers, inspectors, packaging engineers, and US regulatory and compliance, to help bring our products and brands to life and drive revenue and positive consumer reviews.

This role will provide daily support for projects and team members who work to ensure that all Gorilla products are safe and compliant. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a business support role and/or experience working in a product focused business setting.

What You’ll Do
61 Managing the products testing programs with accredited labs , vendors and internal team to ensure the results are released on time
61 Follow-up with cross-functional teams and outside service providers for samples, testing and inspection needs.
61 Uppdate and maintain the quality documentation and project trackers database
61 Process various reports for team members including sample evaluation reports, lab reports, inspection reports, purchase order reports.
61 Maintain and track all received samples, ensuring proper labeling, sign-off, and timely delivery of approved pre-production samples to the factory.
61 Review and secure approval for third-party testing and inspection invoices, and ensure timely submission for payment.
61 Generate customer feedback analytics, support monthly regulatory and product recall reporting, and track product safety issues for leadership review.
61 Other projects and functions as assigned by QA Leaders

Skills & Qualifications

61 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
61 3 years or more experience in the quality assurance or testing or consumer products manufacturing
61 Excellent English oral and written skills is necessary
61 Excellent data & analytical skills and a strong detail focus
61 Exceptional organizational and time management skills; must have an ability to manage deadlines as needed.
61 Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word are necessary with a more advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
61 Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service approach
61 The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and is energized by constant change
61 Faimilar with propject management tools and data analystis tools is a plus
