【职位描述】 Job Purpose To empower the MDLZ China supply chain team and continuously carry out integrated Lean Six Sigma Methodology and Digital Transformation Strategy, with the effective operation of the education and training pillar, developing talents, and building capacity frameworks, and facilitating training programs, to transform the supply chain team into a high-performing organization, support business growth, and lead the digital transformation. Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities岗位工作职责 Responsible for the following aspects of E2E Supply Chain capability building, talents pool fuelling and digital transformation enabling: - E2E Capability Building: responsible for developing a roadmap and master plans for capability development around the strategy; leading supply chain talent skills gap analysis and designing targeted competency enhancement programs (e.g., VSM value stream analysis, inventory optimization, and other special training); developing supply chain expertise and standardized toolkits to drive best practice replication across plants/business units. - Education & Training Pillar Governance: responsible for the establishment and optimization of Pillar SWPs and tools, preferably in conjunction with digital tools; cooperating with site E&T owners to continuously implement capacity-building activities. - IL6S Operations: as a member of the IL6S Beyond Plants Committee, responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the drumbeat and the operation and maintenance of the Workspace and the committee's work dashboard; provide relevant support to facilitate site IL6S work. - Digital Transformation Enablement: support to accelerate supply chain digitization through digital literacy programs, emerging tech piloting and digital talents cultivating; participating in digital project requirements analysis (e.g. APS Advanced Scheduling, Digital Twin, etc.), leading user capability enhancement; developing supply chain digital literacy development courses (e.g. Power BI visualization, Python, etc.) - Operational Excellence Culture development: responsible for Grow Everyday culture via leadership/general skills program and Management Trainee capability with HR team; planning innovation/improvement contests, establishing continuous improvement incentive mechanism; facilitating E2E collaboration workshops to make cross-functional collaboration and outputs effectively and efficiently. - Dedicated support and extended responsibilities: ad hoc projects, external practice introduction, budget assistance (incl. specialized support and resource planning, etc) as needed. 【任职要求】 SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THIS POSITION 岗位任职要求 Knowledge 61 1. Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields 61 Certifications (Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred 61 Project Management: Expertise in prioritizing complex projects and ad hoc task execution under matrix structures, PMP is preferred. 61Fluent English proficiency
