Main Responsibilities 主要职责: 1. 制定全年品牌传播规划与活动,负责项目全过程的落地、控制管理与评估总结; Develop year-round branding communication plan and activities, Responsible for the whole process of project landing, control management and evaluation summary; 2. 制定品牌季节营销玩法,输出市场营销内容,提升品牌影响力; Develop brand seasonal marketing promotion plan, output promotion content, enhance brand impact; 3. 产品卖点挖掘,产品详情页、文案的策划等; Product selling point excavation, planing the product landing page and copy write; 4. 制定营销项目整体传播策略; Develop the overall communication strategy of the marketing program; 5. 电商费用预算规划及管理。 EC budget planning and management. 6. 其他直线经理布置的任务 Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Qualification 任职资格: 7. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子商务、商业管理相关专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, or Business Administration preferred. 8. 5 年以上电商运营经验,3 年以上团队管理经验,有快消品/零售行业/护肤/化妆品背景优先。 5+ years in e-commerce operations, 3+ years in team management; FMCG/retail/skincare/cosmetics experience is a plus. 9. 精通天猫后台操作 Proficient in Tmall backend tools 10.较强的数据分析能力,能独立制定运营策略。 Strong analytical skills to develop data-driven strategies. 11. 英语流利 Fluent in English 12.结果导向,抗压能力强,具备创新思维和敏锐的市场嗅觉 Result-driven, resilient, innovative, and market-sensitive.
