Responsibilities: * Drive and implement HR related process based on Danone people conversation cycle(5C) to make sure timely completion; * Ensure good implementation in recruiting, employee onboarding, relocation, resignation, promotion, workstation, benefits consultation, etc; * Regularly check and update HR related data(position and talent related) in Danone system to make sure data quality; * Work closely with stakeholders, support in providing and implementing key HR solutions(Org and HC plan and management, succession plan, key talents development plan, 02DPS insights and action plan etc.) to build a high-performing team culture with strong talent pipeline sustainably.
