The primary role and responsibility of the Assistant Manager, People Business Partner – Eastern China is to provide specialist support, advice and solutions to all staff and managers within the Region on all People related matters.
The key roles and responsibilities of this position are:
85 Assist the Associate Director, People Business Partner - Eastern China to provide People services to the Company's offices within Eastern China, in line with regional People strategies, local business needs, and Company policies. 85 Implement, coordinate and support employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding, benefits administration, performance tracking, till offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. 85 Handle and answer staff inquiries on people related issues, including but not limited to payroll, contract terms, social insurance, working visa, etc., in a timely and efficient manner, referring to in-house experts where necessary. 85 Work closely with others, within People team or cross department, on Headcount Management, Budget System maintenance, Meetings, Staff Gatherings, etc. 85 Generate various people reports as requested, and ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.
REQUIREMENTS
85 Minimum 3 years' experience in effective People functions and management, experience working for a real estate services provide a definite advantage. 85 Ability to work as part of the People team, to work cooperatively and in partnership with peers. 85 Solid knowledge on local labor employment law and regulations for Eastern China region. 85 Proven ability to think logically, to analyze and solve problems in a pro-active way. 85 Sound computer and Microsoft Office skills, especially in PowerPoint presentation. 85 Fluency in Chinese and English, and flexibility with working hours.
