YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for the overall success of a product throughout its lifecycle, from conception to decommissioning. Identify domain needs, develop, and validate product concepts, and build a business case. Oversee the product's build and launch, including any sourced services; as well as ensure product availability, stability, and compliance need02are met. Collaborate with various teams, including product development, marketing, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and sales, as needed, to ensure cohesive progress and success.
Drive agile best practices with the team to improve delivery, including continuous planning ahead of each development cycle (e.g. sprint planning) and working together to co-create user stories aligned with the product backlog prioritization. In addition to guiding the team, product managers have duties like opportunity identification,02market solution analysis, domain performance monitoring, and so on.
In charge of WeChat/WeCom platform as a product, as well as Customer Engagement applications on top of it. Define WeChat/WeCom application landscape, strategy and roadmap. Decide platform technical stack and architecture. Be responsible for public account management.
Identify key stakeholder groups. Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product vision, updates, and performance.02Under the context of many strong and loud opinions, use discretion to effectively deliver product in a way that meets the needs of users and stakeholders who will ensure value is realized for Bayer. Being trusted by stakeholders, not only understand their needs but will actively work to ensure their needs are met while delivering the product.
Provide strategic leadership with full end-to-end ownership for assigned products throughout the entire product lifecycle. Be responsible for planning and optimizing capabilities to deliver business outcomes in the most efficient way. Balance the needs of users and various stakeholders with strong strategic planning, decision making, and influencing skills.
Be responsible for creating comprehensive product roadmaps, to clarify user needs and non-functional requirements. Provide product oversight by tracking and reporting progress against 90-day outcomes and overall product health (including budget responsibilities). Plan and manage product delivery while streamlining the corresponding backlog.
Be responsible for monitoring user feedback and metrics to co-create solutions that drive a better user experience and deliver more business value. Leverage Design Thinking methodology starting with user needs to prioritize problems and through discovery, perform usability, feasibility, business fit and value testing to determine the optimal solution.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with product users and stakeholders, with strong strategic communication skills. Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, bring together diverse skills and knowledge to deliver a valuable product.
Maintain strong and productive working relationships with colleagues in product management, engineering, and other technically focused organizations. Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Collaborate with and manage strategic and local suppliers effectively to deliver digital solutions.

WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area.
10 or more years of experience as a product manager.
5 or more years of experience with Agile development and DevOps.
3 or more years of experience with WeChat/WeCom platform and applications.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence initiatives that involve cross-functional teams from initiation to delivery.
Strong analytical, management and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to communicate with technical and non-technical people, in both English and Chinese.
Experience in building product vision, product roadmap, product strategy, and competitive analysis.
Proven experience in designing, developing, delivering or managing digital solutions in a large-scale, highly complex global environment.
Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills with ability to evolve solution strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
Experience with Design Thinking, user-centered design & user analysis
Ability to establish and manage initiatives against a set of key metrics and goals.
Ability to measure and effectively communicate the business value of proposals and deliverables.
