The key roles and responsibilities will be as follows: Benefit Administration - Responsible for administration of benefit related programs, including but not limited to annual medical check, commercial insurance, employer liability insurance, oversea and travel insurance. Support on daily operation, employee inquires, case tracking, contract renew and related report maintenance. - Work with C&B head on LTIP programs. Payroll - Provide end-to-end payroll services, can independently be responsible for monthly payroll calculation, releasing and IIT declaration timely and accurately. - Prepare regular reports to internal finance and local HRs. Other - Support C&B Head on compensation related data and reporting, such as compensation report, annual merit and bonus review, budget report, etc. - Provide expat related tax services, including but not limited to tax statement, tax file combination, annual tax filing, etc. - Assist the internal and external audit. - Continuous improvement on internal process. - Other tasks assigned.
