资格能力 Qualification
教育背景/Education: ◆BA/BS or higher degree in Engineering or Mechanical; 本科或本科以上工程或机械相关学历。
经验/Experience: ◆10+ years experience in Production of Manufacturing&Hydraulics Industry; 十年以上生产制造以及液压行业的工作经验； ◆With rich experience and thorough knowledge of production systems and process; 丰富的生产系统操作及生产流程管理经验，全面的相关知识基础； ◆With rich experience in managing teams of people in a production environment; 在生产职能范围有着丰富的人员管理经验。技能/Skills: ◆With strong analytic problem solving skills; 有着强大分析解决问题的能力； ◆Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines; 有很好的抗压工作能力，尤其在紧急的需求以及紧迫的时间情况下； ◆Work efficiently and productively in independent team settings； 在独立的团队设置下，高效且高产能的工作能力； ◆Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills both in Chinese and English; 熟练的中英文听说读写及沟通能力； ◆Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail； 注重细节，有着强大的组织技能； ◆Fluent with common MS Office Programs(Word, Excel, PPT, and Project) 熟练使用基本的办公软件(Word, Excel, PPT, and Project)。
