Prepares and gathers diverse information and data for pricing and manages respective internal review. 61 Supporting Inside Sales department in customer communication 61 Supports preparation of fairs and exhibitions 61 Supports compilation of sales documents, brochures, and folders 61 Submits customer orders/prices to Inside Sales department in case of existing pre-determined business terms and conditions. 61 Creates sales volume and revenue plans. 61 Planning and preparation of customer visits in coordination with superior 61 Produces visit reports in written form and reviews with superior 61 Performs market and competitor analysis, monitors technical updates and assembles technical information in agreement with superior 61 Prepares statistical reports. 61 Substitutes his/ her superior occasionally for external meetings. 61 Cross-team support of Managers within AM 61 Support of existing customers locally (farming) 61 Acquisition of new customers (hunting) 61 Closes the deal after review/approval with superior 61 Supports ongoing improvement of assigned tasks and workflows (provides valuable ideas and suggestions to responsible of the department) 61 Supports concept and planning of sales strategy and legal review and negotiations of customer contracts. 61 Leads customer projects during the inquiry process phase. 61 Supports customer projects after nomination. 61 Contract management and negotiations 61 Capacity management – ensures *** capacities für long-term and short-term customer requirements. 61 Escalation management in case of short-term delivery bottlenecks
