Descriptions ***工作时间:11:30 AM-20:00 PM Process internal & external customers’ parts sales orders, and quotations Handle some local purchase orders Create invoices, credit notes and related documents. Ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries & requests from customers Follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions Implement and follow up global processes and operating procedures Handle customer claims Generate regular monitoring reports Contribute & commit to continuous improvements
Qualifications College/University degree Min. 3 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up and related customer order/PO management process. Multi-lingual skills - good English language skills in both written and spoken. SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills Good communication skills and service minded Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility A good team player and willing to work under pressure
