The Retail Excellence role is a key figure responsible for driving and maintaining high performance and operational efficiency across all retail operations. This role involves analyzing market trends and internal sales performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our retail practices remain at the forefront of industry excellence.

MAIN TASKS
● Market Trend Analysis
1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of current and emerging market trends. 2. Gather and interpret data from various sources, including sales figures, customer feedback, and industry reports. 3. Identify key market drivers, opportunities, and threats. 4. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
● Internal Offline Channel Performance Analysis
1. Collect and analyze sales data from all offline retail channels. 2. Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer footfall. 3. Identify underperforming stores or regions and investigate root causes. 4. Develop and present detailed reports on channel performance to senior management.
● Retail-Related Projects and Task Forces
1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve key business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals 2. Monitor and report on the progress and identifying and addressing any areas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above ● Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales/operations data analysis. FMCG or cosmetic industry background is preferred. ● Technical Skills:
1. Strong skills in data mining and data analysis. 2. Logical and precise, keen on details. 3. Familiar with main database software, proficient in SQL, Excel, and PPT.
● Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Chinese.
