As a Client Experience Supervisor, you will be in charge of the client events and experience, including sample management, catering, mall communication and vendor management.
YOUR IMPACT
- Independently manage end-to-end planning and execution of all types of client experience events (in-store activations & high-end events), including sample/logistics management, on-site arrangement, vendor management and compliance with brand standards. - Bring exclusive and premium experience to CELINE clients through hospitality, including but not limited to handle administrative duties for elite clients, seamless arrangements for hotels, flights, ground transportation, and personalized touches to elevate their experience. - Engage and support elite clients through Couture experience, including but not limited to partner with retail teams to facilitate high-end couture appointments, to face clients and deliver exclusive service to drive client satisfaction and sales conversions.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS Education: - Bachelor or above.
Experience: - Preferably 5 years above related working experiences
Competencies: - Good at excel and powerpoint; - Teamwork, flexible and attention to details. - Time management, multi-tasking, and interpersonable skills
Languages: - Fluent in Mandarin and English
Workplace: - Office, in-store and offsite
