Job Responsibilities: 61 Responsible for the onboarding and integration of new business clients in the APAC region, with key focus on fund services, corporate services and compliance solutions services in Japan and South Korea. 61 Responsible to coordinate with local offices to project lead all new business opportunity launches and transitions regionally, this will include coordination of client adoptions, KYC process, account openings, review and negotiation of funds offering documentation and legal agreements and internal system set ups. 61 Coordinate internal functions to onboard new clients including Service Delivery Teams, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure all new launches and conversions are successfully project-managed. 61 Provide regular launch status update to new clients and internally. Regular project calls should be scheduled with stakeholders and project plans should be maintained to track progress. 61 Work closely with the Regional Head of Onboarding to provide updates to senior management and client services teams on integration projects; assist in the production of the regional WIP tracker for all local offices and other KPIs / management reports as required. 61 Work with the Regional Head of Onboarding to develop best practices and operating models for integration to enhance the client onboarding experience; ensure all local and Group onboarding KYC policies/procedures are strictly adhered to. 61 Assist with the integration of new acquired businesses into the Apex Group to ensure a consistent approach is applied across acquired entities from an onboarding perspective, and 61 Support ad hoc projects as required and assist in enhancement of onboarding procedures for new product lines, etc. Job Requirements: 61 The ideal candidate must have intermediary level of knowledge and experience of fund services industry, including corporate solutions services and hedge funds and private equity funds. Experience of different fund structures, domicile and regulatory requirements in Japan and Korea is an advantage. 61 The ideal candidate should be fluent in verbal and written English. 61 Japanese literacy is a must, Korean literacy is a plus. 61 You should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be client centric. 61 The candidate must be self-driven and be able to multi-task. 61 Possess project management skills.
