岗位职责：
1) This role will lead high-impact initiatives to optimize sourcing, supplier collaboration, and cost efficiency while leveraging AI, automation and data analytics to revolutionize procurement processes. 2) Develop and execute long-term procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on cost optimization, risk mitigation, and innovation.
3) Drive category management strategies for direct/indirect spend, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
4) Spearhead the adoption of AI and automation in procurement (eg. predictive analytics, spend intelligence).
5) Evaluate and implement AI-powered procurement tools (eg. smart sourcing platforms, should cost analytics and predictives)
6) Leverage big data to enhance demand forecasting, supplier performance tracking and decision-making.
7) Partner with Operation and Tech teams to integrate AI-driven procurement solutions into ERP system. This position is critical to ensure continuous automation and innovation for procurement.

岗位要求：
1）Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
2）10 years+ experience in procurement strategy and projects.
5 years' work exp in strategic analysis or business analytics.
3）English Skill: Fluent in speaking and writing
4）Proficient in PPT, excel etc. office software.
5) Proven experience in source to pay ERP system like Oracle or SAP.
