Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network stability, including internet connection, VPN and SDWAN
- Proceed upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
- Create user accounts and perform access control on various platforms
- Performing diagnostic tests and debug procedures to optimize computer systems
- Document IT processes
- Maintain the IT Asset inventory system
- Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Diploma or Certificate) in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, Cisco CCNA, hand on experience in Microsoft Intune MDM and Entra (former known as Azure AD) is preferable.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security (Networking and Microsoft Azure)
- Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
- Communicate and co-operate with vendors globally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in spoken and written in English
