About the Role: As the Adoption Manager for Altium 365, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive product adoption strategy to drive enterprise customers’ deep understanding, adoption, and continued use of the Altium 365 platform. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to ensure that customers realize maximum business value after using Altium 365. By developing personalized adoption strategies, facilitating user training, and optimizing usage pathways, you will help customers transition from trial to full-scale implementation, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and renewal rates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic planning and execution: (1) Develop and implement user adoption strategies and plans for Altium 365 to drive widespread use of Altium 365 within client organizations. (2) Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and user needs, and continuously optimize and adjust strategies to respond to market changes. 2. User education and training: (1) Design and organize customer- and user-oriented education and training programs, including online seminars, workshops, video tutorials, etc., to improve users' awareness and ability to use Altium 365 platform. (2) Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure that training content is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand. 3. Promotion of successful cases: (1) Mining and sorting out customer success stories, promoting them through multiple channels such as official websites, social media, and industry exhibitions, to enhance market confidence and brand influence. (2) Organize or participate in industry exchange activities, share product advantages and application experience, and attract potential customers. 4. Data analysis and optimization: (1) Use data analysis tools to track product adoption, including key indicators such as user activity, satisfaction, and retention rate. (2) Based on the results of data analysis, optimize product adoption strategies to improve user adoption efficiency and effectiveness. 5. Cross-departmental collaboration: (1) Work closely with sales, marketing, product, technology and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of product adoption strategies. (2) Coordinate internal resources to solve problems and challenges encountered during product adoption. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, computer science or related majors is preferred. 2. At least 5 years of work experience in SaaS product promotion or related fields. 3. Have excellent strategic planning and execution ability, and be able to independently complete the whole process of project planning and execution. 4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with people of different backgrounds. 5. Proficient in using data analysis tools and have the ability to make data-driven decisions. 6. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to maintain high efficiency and focus in a fast-paced work environment. 7. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to conduct cross-cultural communication.
