Principal Accountabilities/Main Functions 1) Sales Strategy & Planning: l Understand and execute the short-term to long-term Business development strategy and achieve the Business Development Milestones and targets. l Work closely with BD manager to execute and implement the annual Business Development plan based on coach and guidance. l Follow-up and execute the annual customer plan for assigned customers. l Keep good communication with internal departments. l Ensure 100% compliance.
2) Key Account Management: l Understand and follow-up relevant customer strategy for assigned key accounts based on the guideline and coach. l Constantly seeking & driving new business opportunities. Used to work in a fast-paced & evolving environment. Displaying assertiveness, resilience & proactive approach. l Update the sales pipeline in CRM system timely. l Generate customer visit report timely by using CRM tool and provide feedback about key customer intelligence. l Follow-up the market-centricity and customer-centricity account plan to develop new business. l Deal with complaints as interface between internal stakeholders from function teams and external stakeholders (key customers, value chain partners, association, downstream players), feedback the solutions to assigned customer on complains and inquiries timely.
3) Business Development: l Look for and identify new markets and new applications. Business development within these new markets. Work with PM ,PD , local marketing and sales team to get new products by business cases. l Information gathering and internal information exchanging by clear & timely reporting/ email/ phone call with assigned sales team. l Business penetration on depth and breadth in identified markets. Work with PM and PD to get new products by business cases. l Build-up business acumen and market intelligence to identify and analyze potential business growth opportunities, understand competitive factors to support the business growth. l Understand the unmet needs of assigned customers, transfer the potential needs to Marketing and Product Management team to develop new products based on the coach and guidance. l Support market research including attending exhibition and forums, supply chain tracking, competitor information update and analysis, identify sales/market potential and cooperate with internal team (e.g. such as marketing, distributor team, etc.) to support further business growth and achieve sales targets. l Other assigned related tasks and projects.
Requirements 1) Education Background: l Bachelor degree or above in chemical, business, economics, Science and Engineering or similar.
2) Skills/Capabilities/Working Experience Requirement: l More than 5 years sales and marketing experience in Electronics related industry, including cross value chain project experience with related supplier. l New business development experiences related including the function or role as the product development engineer, application engineering support or sales for new business development from new market applications with new products. l Project management and risk management experiences in cross-functional and cross supply chain for on time delivery with good quality preferred. l Strong willingness to grow and step out of comfortable zone with own initiatives. l Strong willingness and ownership to achieve business growth and goals & objectives. l Embrace uncertainties during the progress of new business development and Good capability to work well under pressure and complexities. l Highly self-motivating, open minded , keep learning and diligent attitude. l Strong market and customer focus mindset and strong sense of responsibility. l Equipped with data & fact driven mindset to build up and facilitate the generation of value added total solutions(including tape application process based SOP) with internal experts from different function to empower customers and market. l Cooperate closely with internal technical experts and external customers to build up concrete and clear technical requirement profile including parameters, values and test methods for new applications and jointly define with development priorities based on in-depth understandings on customer pain-points and demands. l Strong at digging out clearly customers project information including project timeline, demand volume, acceptable prices and competition intelligence through 5W1H,to ensure the reliable market and project information collected for internal strategy planning and implementation. l Strong technical analytical skills and relevant independent technical issues solving experiences. l Good sense for problem solving, can identify the problems and analyze the root causes for the technical issues and samples tests failures based on the coach and guidance. l Think differently e.g., identify hidden customer pain points and transfer to tape related solutions opportunities! l Good solutioning sales mindset and skills. l Strong communication skills and abundant experiences in get buy-in from relevant stakeholders within organization (preferred). l Good capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across teams and functions . l Work with BD manager to build up partnership cooperation with external stakeholders (including universities or institutes, equipment vendors or non-competitive materials suppliers) cooperation to build and polish total solutions for customers and market with strong competition barriers l Acute in market information collection and experienced in market analysis from online and offline channels and tools and define specific market or market segment business development strategy proposal in a middle term or long-term point of view (preferred)。 l Good skills in stakeholder and customer management.。 l Good learning ability and agility。 l Proactively learn AI tools to enhance working efficiency. l Reporting and Presentation: Regularly report on business development status and performance to senior management, and provide improvement suggestions. l
3) Languages, Certificates and Skills : l Fluent expression and written skills in both Chinese and English
4) Other Requirements : l Business travel is needed, should be flexible to travel frequently.
