工作内容:
Job description:

1.跟踪、控制订单的生产过程,能良好的与工厂进行沟通交流,正确的处理订单操作过程中所发生的问题;
Track and control the production process of the order, communicate well with the factory, and correctly deal with the problems that occur in the process of order operation

2.核对制作采购合同,确认订单的产品数量(只数/箱数,每箱的装箱数量等信息)、订金及货款支付方式、包装样式要求、价格条款、目的港、交货方式、是否需要商检、交期、合同金额等事项;
Check the production of the purchase contract, confirm the quantity of the ordered products (number of pieces/boxes, packing quantity of each box, etc.), deposit and payment method, packaging style requirements, price terms, port of destination, delivery method, whether commodity inspection is required, delivery date, contract amount and other matters

3.如遇客户合同更改,负责跟进、沟通合同更改事项;
In case of customer contract changes, be responsible for following up and communicating contract changes

4.及时与工厂确认包装,核对拼写、核对规格型号、条码货号、包装上的图片是否与实际产品一致、外箱尺寸、装箱数量等是否正确;
Confirm the packaging with the factory in time, check the spelling, check the specifications and models, barcode article number, whether the pictures on the packaging are consistent with the actual product, whether the size of the outer box, the number of boxes, etc. are correct;

5.及时跟进生产过程,并进行验货预约、制作配船单预约进仓操作,确保订单的正常进度;
Follow up the production process in time, make an appointment for inspection, make a distribution list to make an appointment for warehousing, and ensure the normal progress of the order

6.协助业务员开展客户关系管理及售后服务;
Assist salesmen to carry out customer relationship management and after-sales service

7.协调订舱出运、单证、回款并跟进售后;
Coordinate booking shipment, documents, payment collection and follow-up after-sales

8.配合业务开展每季客人buying meeting相关工作;
Cooperate with the business to carry out the relevant work of the quarterly guest buying meeting

9.负责公司年度/季度OKR工作推进并组织定期工作会议的安排;
Responsible for the promotion of the company's annual/quarterly OKR work and organize the arrangement of regular work meetings

10.负责组内员工的日常培训、组员工作难点的协调解决;
Responsible for the daily training of employees in the group and the coordination and solution of the difficulties of the work of the team members

11.负责对接协调解决不同部门之间的问题;
Responsible for docking and coordinating to solve problems between different departments

12.定期向上级领导汇报部门内部的工作进度;
Regularly report the internal work progress of the department to the superior leaders


岗位资质要求:
Requirements:

1、教育背景:大专或等同以上
Education background: college or equivalent or above

2、经 验:有3年以上外贸业务经验
Experience: more than 2 years of foreign trade business experience

3、专业知识:英文基础良好,能用英文回复邮件以及熟悉外销业务的操作流程。
Professional knowledge: good English foundation, able to reply to emails in English and familiar with the operation process of export business

4、能力与技能: 沟通能力强,有责任心,能承担工作压力。
Ability and skills: strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, able to bear work pressure
