SEA IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES 海运进口客服
Your Task Customer service representative who is handling sea import shipment into Shanghai station coverage. Work with origins, gateway, Customs broker, trucker to ensure the import shipments are smmontly customs cleared and delivered to consignee on time. 客服人员负责海运进口货的日常操作,与起运港、入境口岸、报关代理、车队保持紧密的合作关系,确保货物能顺利完成进口清关事宜并及时送达货物。
Responsibilities Receive and check pre-alert to be prepared for incoming shipments. 接收并核对预报信息。 Confirm arrival status and send arrival notice to consignee on time. 确认货物到达信息,及时发送到货通知书给收货人。 Coordinate Customs clearance process. 协调配合好进口清关手续。 Arrange door delivery. 安排好送货事宜。 Provide timely shipment status update to customer. 及时向客户更新货物操作的最新状态。 Prepare and send report to Customer if required. 根据客户的需求,准备并发送相关统计报告。 Confirm billing details (revenue and cost) for each shipment, and responsible for fixing any billing issues with origin. 做好每票货的账单确认工作,负责与海外沟通并解决账单问题。 Other works arranged by department manager部门经理安排的其他工作。
We Expect College graduates and above大专及以上学历 Minimum 3 years related experience in sea import customer service and/or operations in multi-national freight forwarders 3年或以上国际货运代理代理海运进口客服或操作工作经验 Good written English, oral English capablility, be able to communicate with foreigner良好的英语书写及口语能力,能流利的与外国代理及同事沟通交流。 Good PC skills especially in MS Excel 良好的电脑技能运用,尤其是Excel表格的使用。 Good communication skills良好的沟通交流技能 Experience in both sea and air is preferred海空都有经验者优先
