Drivetrain validation testing * Preparation activities of vehicles for integration/validation * Supporting the Test conducting and Validation executing process in order to accomplish the test case matrix according to the project scheduler. Test Preparation: * Powertrain ECU-Flashing & Commissioning (vehicle, dyno test bench, engine test bench) *Test preparation and set-up of measurement equipment *Parts ordering *Steering Retrofit activities in R&D Workshop *Vehicle Check and Condition-Analyzing *Data-Management for E/E-Development Integration Process *I-Step HW/SW-Upgrading / Retrofitting *Durability vehicle powertrain development circulation Test conducting & Validation Support: *Standard test conduction according to test case instruction (Drivability, Shifting Quality of Transmission and acoustic) *Acoustic testbench validation test *Pre-Analyzing of Test results and documentation according to the test-case instruction *Support Root-Cause analyzing and Trouble shooting *Participating on testing H3trips (summer, altitude and Winter test. Etc.) within Mainland China. Minimum university degree Automotive/engineering relevant majors. Working experience as drivetrain validation testing engineer in automotive industry or similar 1-3 years. Development experience is preferred. BMW working experience is preferred. Chinese native speaker and good in spoken and written English * Valid China C1 driving license and qualified driving skill. * BMW B1 & HV-1 is preferred. * Be capable of Esys, ECU-test, INCA, etc. is preferred.
