Shenzhen office Business Development Manager Base: Shenzhen Main Responsibilities (for advertisement purpose) 主要职责 1.To focus on new business development for delivering against Volume & Gp targets 开发直客,开拓珠三角市场,积极努力完成公司制定的销售目标; 2.To identify and clinch new business opportunities and revenue within assigned products 充分利用公司的指定产品(海运,空运,海空联运,铁路等等),发掘商机,提升收益; 3. To develop and present value propositons and proposals to clients 针对客户需求,利用公司资源,提供合理的物流方案和专业的建议; 4.To achieve the company & individual KPI e.g. no of sales visits, pipelines etc 实现公司和个人的KPI,例如 销售访问量,销售渠道等 5. To maintain and expand customer portfolio through relationship management and providing solutions that wil exceed customers expectation 通过优质的客户关系管理,建立完善的客户信息系统,以达到维护和扩大客源的双赢目标。
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications 所需技能,经验和资格 1. Minimum college diploma, prefer university degree; 大专以上学历,进出口贸易,物流类相关专业 2. Minimum 2 year relevant experience in logistics or freight forwarding (air & ocean) 2年以上物流或货运代理经验(空运和海运等) 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通和人际交往能力 4. Solid proven sales track record & achievement 过往可靠的同行业销售记录和业绩 5. Excellent written and communication skills in English,CET-4 preferred. Prssess strong articulation and presentation skills 英文听说写流利,CET4级以上,具有较强的沟通能力和表达能力。
