What You’ll Be Doing 61 Presale service including customer account set up, quotation and part details checking. 61 Manage customer open orders: confirmation, modification, cancellation and resolve discrepancies with outgoing deliveries. 61 Communicate with Asset and third-party vendors and the customers daily regarding the supply situation. 61 Manage compliance with export rules for controlled products, including preparation of export licenses. 61 Be accountable for delivery to the customers and resolution of shipping and price discrepancies. 61 Communicate with the customers regarding order confirmation, shipping and tracking information. 61 After-sales service: Analyze, escalate, and take appropriate action on Shortages/damages. 61 Handle other related affairs arranged by manager.
What We Are Looking For 61 Bachelor’s degree 61 Customer oriented with customer service background. Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities. 61 Good communication skills via chat/phone calls and emails with internal teams and external customers. 61 Willing to work in a challenging and multicultural environment. 61 Fluent English both in speaking and writing 61 Aggressive, independent, proactive, hard-working, service-oriented, and well-organized 61 Experience in Oracle and Salesforce is preferred.
