Role Purpose:
? Manage Logistics activities (Plan to delivery processing) including delivery processing, shipment coordination and follow up, Logistics requirement response.
? Logistic cost control and Process optimization.
? Inventory transactions management and Inventory accuracy control.
? 3PL Performance management and complaint handling.

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage/follow up inbound / Outbound deliveries based on purchase order and customer order requirement.
? Responsible for accurate/on time update and maintenance of transactions and inventory records in ERP SYS.
? Work with supplier/warehouse/freight forwarders on delivery operations to ensure cargo is delivered safely, accurately and on time to the designated locations.
? Collaborate and ensure all shipping documents and packing labels/shipping marks, etc. are accurate and on time provided.
? To coordinate with forwarders, internal departments and 3PLs on resolving shipping issues.
? Compare and negotiate freight rates (sea/air/land/courier) to ensure cost optimization in logistics operations, manage the logistics activities in a cost-effect way and manage cost under budget.
? Lead and organize with warehouse/3PL for cycle counts and stock takes, ensure the inventory accuracy meet with company budget.
? Identify and report any discrepancy on inventory and perform stock adjustment in system upon verification with internal and external stakeholder.
? To perform periodic analysis and prepare statistical inventory transaction reports to improve visibility, verify and confirm on data accuracy.
? Manage the 3PLs to ensure KPIs are established and met by continuous performance review.
? Tally 3PL invoice with ERP SYS. Report and ensure the right payment to 3PL.
? Manage complaint on 3PL performance and keep correctly record in NCR Master file.

Qualifications / Technical Skills:
? Strong knowledge of using Microsoft office especially advance excel, Power query or BI skill is advantage.
? Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong eye for business and consumer focus.
? High integrity and excellent attention to details, sensitive to data and numbers.
? Possess good command of written/spoken English.
? Working Knowledge of ERP or SAP will be an advantage.
