JOB PURPOSE
To develop and manager local sales activities. With an analytical approach create overview of potential business opportunities and optimize processes as well as profit. Make sure operational processes and prices meet and exceed the customer needs.

Functional Responsibility
? Create, develop and maintain on-going business;
开拓，开发和维护正在进行的相关业务;
? Manage daily quotation requests on all modes of transport received by agents and prospects;
负责每天处理来自代理商和潜在客户的各运输方式的报价请求;
? Ensure profitability on all requests;
确保所有的报价保有利润;
? Participate in relevant events & meetings with agents and customers;
参与代理商和客户的相关活动及会议;
? Liaise with operational departments to find best solution for any given transport;
保持与业务部门的沟通，提供***的运输解决方案;
? Create and maintain relationships with agents and customers;
与代理商和客户建立和保持良好的关系;
? Keep yourself updated with market situation in general for all modes of transport;
确保自己掌握相关所有运输方式的最新市场情况;
? Must be able to act according to defined targets including meeting KPI and budget.

Personal Capabilities & Education
? Minimum 3 years related experience in freight forwarding operations or sales.
3年以上货运代理操作或销售经验
? Responsible, Reliable, Well organized, Honest, Team-player, Customer oriented

? Excellent presentation skills
