As a highly reputable global leading design firm, M Moser Associates is looking for Market Development Manager join us to help generate new business opportunities, and strengthen and promote the M Moser brand.

Particular skills required to fulfil this position include:
1. Business acumen and ability to understand key issues and drivers for business decisions
2. Interest and knowledge of the interior design, architecture, and construction industry;
3. Proactive in constant engagement with clients and experienced in knowledge and ideas exchange and collaboration with internal design and multi-disciplinary teams to strengthen existing clients’ relationship for future opportunities
4. Excellent communication skills with management and senior business people, for project bidding and with people from all levels of an organisation for any co-ordination and engagement events
5. Leadership & Co-ordination skills with an understanding of client requirements and project parameters
6. Self-driven individual, comfortable to navigate around uncertainties
7. Passionate in working with project team to provide a better working experience for our clients and maintain the relationship
8. Language (written and verbal) proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with Cantonese as a plus.
9. Preferably with relevant client services/client relationship experience.
