Primary Responsibilities
1. Participate New Product Development as champion of the quality responsibilities. Review P-FMEA and Quality Control Plan. Coordinate and lead new product manufacturing build and plant trial run, generate quality report and follow outstanding issue to close.
2. Quality oversight at supplier’s factory in daily basis, conduct production process audit and drive vendor for continuous improvement.
3. Perform root cause analysis and corrective & preventive action for failure of pre-shipment inspection and market field complaint & return, host of SCAR report.
4. Conduct quality system audit for existing supplier, factory audit & assessment for new supplier.
5. Quality data collection and reporting.
Requirements：
1. Degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Manufacturing or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in factory Quality Control or Supplier Quality Management in electrical appliances or household products or related field.
3. Good understanding of the best practice in production line setup and production process control.
4. Good knowledge in stamping, plastic molding, coating/painting, understand PCBA production process is a plus.
5. Know ISO9001 standard, familiar with general factory quality system.
6. Skilful in quality data collect and reporting.
7. Good English in read and write, good oral English is a plus.
8. Full time station in supplier’s factory
