Key Responsibilities: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers by engaging in regular communication and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. Focus more on basic customer interactions, such as onboarding, training and (basic) issue resolution.
Requirements: (1) Bachelor's degree preferred; (2) 1-2 years of experience working in a logistics / shipping company; Have experience working in an international environment; (3) Communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal in English and Chinese); (4) Effective coaching and developing skills; (5) Organized and able to set goals and priorities, good analytical skills, Project Management skills
